Eligibility checklist
- Companies located in one of the three Yeongdeung Agricultural-Industrial Complexes (Yeongdeung AIC, No. 2 AIC, LOHAS Specialized AIC)
- Manufacturing companies that signed lease contracts and completed factory registration before Dec 31, 2024, and are operating after the announcement date
- If factory building area or business site area is less than 500㎡, the building use must be 'Factory' or 'Manufacturing'
- Companies able to submit 2025 final financial statements and SME confirmation certificate
- Companies with annual logistics costs (transportation fees) exceeding KRW 5 million in 2025
- Non-manufacturing industries excluded (must be specified as manufacturing in business registration)
- Companies not directly producing products within the agricultural-industrial complex excluded
- Companies with unpaid local taxes or non-tax revenues as of the announcement date excluded
- Companies currently suspended from operations as of the announcement date excluded
- Companies unable to conduct normal transactions with financial institutions excluded
- Companies causing social issues such as wage arrears, environmental pollution, etc., excluded
- Beneficiaries of Gyeongbuk Province's 2026 domestic/international logistics cost support programs excluded
- Companies receiving more than KRW 5 million total including logistics costs from other support programs excluded (Note: Difference paid if received amount is ≤ KRW 5 million)
